COONEY'S THOUGHTS - WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD, OR IS IT?

There's a lot going on in the world right now that has me a little bit on edge. Firstly, let's talk about North Korea. Here you have a country that has isolated itself from the rest of the world, and their leader basically is starving his people to death and would rather build nuclear weapons. Now N Korea has launched 7 long range, and short range missles, and last week detonated a nuclear device. What exactly do the N. Korean's want? What's scary here is that the president of N. Korea is a walking psychopath who I am afraid has the mental instability to launch a first strike at Seoul, or someone else.

Now let's take a looi at Pakistan. Here we have a country with not only nuclear weapons, but they have the means to deliver one. As opposed to N.Korea, Pakistan does have the technology to deliver a nuclear device. Now we have the Taliban, you know? That lovely group of cave dwellers that wouldn't blink an eye to behead a woman for showing her belly, or a bare shoulder in public. These ass clowns are circling the waggons an have advanced to within a few hours of Pakistan's capital. Wouldn't it be just wonderful if these tools got access to a nuclear device?? SCARY, pretty scary isn't it?

Iran - Their leader went on the record in front of hundreds of people, and on Iranian national television and called for the destruction of Israel. This clown, said, and I quote, " Israel should be forced into the sea." Nice kind words from such a lovely person....SCARY. Iran is desperately rushing towards aquiring a nuclear weapon, and if that happens? Hold on to your ass people, because that's the day that the world has become straight up SCREWED.

I predict that Israel will launch a pre-emptive strike on Tehran, or wherever the Iranian Nuclear facilities are located, and I predict that it will happen this within the next two years.

Living in today's world is like walking through a global land-mine field. One wrong step, and CLICK - BANG! SCARY....

So what in the world are we to do? Send in the UN again, you know? those guys with the blue helmets. The group that imposes sanctions upon the big bad bullies of the world, yet do nothing when those sanctions are violated.

China is the key to solving the N.Korean situation. The N.Korean's are terrified of China. Also, and I know this wont sit well with Americans, but China is America's banker. I don't even know the amount of numbers it would take to show how much money that we borrowed from China....SCARY isn't it? I am very interested to see how China handles the N.Korean's. China doesn't want a nuclear N.Korea with a dictator that's willing to drop one in their back yard either.

Israel, with the US blessing will more than likely launch a first strike against the Iranians, IF they feel Iran is about to enrich enough plutoniam to create a nuclear bomb. Israel in my opinion will deal with Iran as to not make it look like America did it...but it will all be with our support under the table.

Enough depressing news for now.... when I want to vent some more, I'll update. Scary...
