If you came from the gutter, then you know that the gutter is the hell most people want to escape, with hopes of a brighter future. Much of hip-hop over the years has been born from that struggle, and the sounds and styles being brought to the table from new artist Pnpmar is right in line with that rich musical history. He brings what he calls Gutter Flow Entertainment, and under that label he has released a hot new album called “For The Culture” that has been creating waves throughout the industry over the past month.

It’s his second album to date, and was made completely by him from start-to-finish. He said he has been trying to get recognized in music circles for years and finally got tired of waiting for something to happen, so he decided to take destiny in his own hands and make his dreams come true.

“I got tired of not being heard or fully having my sound together,” he said. “So I figured that I would perfect my sound and brand and then force my way into the music culture. Thus I came up with the album name ‘For The Culture’ as my best attempt to get noticed by the world and other hot artists out there right now.”

The debut single from the project is a song called “Said It.” Right from the get-go the song drops listeners into this fun groove that has hints of early work from legendary artist Nelly. The song has an off-beat rhythm with a fun, almost-Island kind of melody. This sets the stage for the freaky flow from Pnpmar, who serves up notice to the world that he’s an artist to be reckoned with. Overall it’s just a fun song that will have people bopping their heads and moving their feet.

Pnpmar said anyone who listens to the album will recognize that his style incorporates hip-hop from all ages, while also melding elements of R&B and alternative music. His voice is different than anyone else in the game, and the album is a perfect showcase for how he can adjust to any beat to create unique and original vibes.

“I’m like a musical library with different flows and singing patterns,” he said. “I never really like to sound the same on every song, like most of the artists that are marketed today. I personally find my inspiration from my emotions and experiences, and my imagination. Anything I come across on a daily basis – whether it’s a movie or just a random fight in a mall – I will find a way to use that in a song with no hesitation. The world is my inspiration, when it really comes down to it. I’m always going to create and get better. It’s like chasing a high, but the difference is that the music is my drug and it’ll never do harm to me.”

LOS ANGELES, CA – Akasha Rah is not just a musician or even just an artist – she’s a healer and spiritualist who uses multiple forms of artistic expression to offer soothing salves for the soul. She’s been described as a multi-dimensional lyricist, rapper, hypno-therapist, filmmaker, spiritualist, fashion designer, actor and entrepreneur, and her latest project “RIP Stalker” is yet another offering of health-laced entertainment that she said is sure to help anyone who has ever been a victim of unwanted overtures.

“I had a personal life experience with a stalker and had to get a restraining order,” Akasha said. “I don’t know if she found on me on social media, but she kept harassing me. All of my music a little different, but this one captures my anger and emotions from that experience. I wanted to put it out there because everyone who listens to it can relate to it on a variety of levels. All my life experiences I turn into healing processes or teaching processes for other people. I never thought something like this happened in the world, let alone that it would happen to me. But a lot of people have reached out to me since hearing this song and said that they’ve had similar experiences. It was traumatizing and difficult, and as an artist I knew I had to express myself in some way or form to help others who have been through similar things.”

Originally from South Russia, Akasha has lived in China and New York before settling in Los Angeles. Pulling from various artistic, cultural and life experiences, Akasha has developed her music style with a unique, hypnotic voice, flow and lyrics. More than that, she’s a conscious entrepreneur who owns several companies, including her trans-dimensional entertainment platform #NOBASICS. It’s a movement that aims to provide a non-basic approach to the world’s social and economic issues through various media outlets. She also has a nonprofit organization called “Temple of Akasha” that she formed for “the evolutions of human consciousness to empower the divine feminine, fight injustice and violence in the world, as well as to provide crisis relief.”

“Once I found my voice, I started using it to speak up for those who couldn’t speak up for themselves,” she said. “It’s hard to express yourself when you go through traumatic experiences. Many people don’t realize how painful those experiences are, and they don’t know what it takes to overcome those situations. I just want to get my messages out. I don’t make music to be known for music. I make it to reach out to other people. I inspire people. I want to be known for inspiring people to make changes in their lives and for empowering people, especially other women.”

In addition to her new single, Akasha also has a documentary coming out later this year that will chronicle her journey and showcase some of the healing techniques she offers. To listen to Akasha Rah’s music, or to follow her on social media, please visit the following links:

The Stewarts have a fun and exciting sound that lights up a room. This single brings light to a rough time in all of our lives. “We decided to release the song because of the COVID-19 pandemic and what's going on with the world. We wanted to give everybody the opportunity to have faith in the things they want to do in their lives.” This single is an amazing project that not only shows the world great music but provides a strong and well needed message to the people who need it.

While “Faith” is a re-release, The Stewarts were able to get back into the studio with part of the track, a fun experience that allowed them to bring a strong new side to an already amazing project. “We re-recorded a portion of the track and mixed it with the parts that we decided to keep. It was an amazing experience.”

The Stewarts have been making music together for more than 45 years. Their careers have been incredible and allowed them to truly find their sound and perfect their skills as musicians. Their Christian Pop sound is blended beautifully with an R&B and Gospel sound to create something truly unique. It blends modern with classic in a way that helps define a beautiful sound.

This single is meant to bring faith and happiness  to the people who listen to it. The Stewarts focus their energy and their music on creating something that people can find comfort in. “Faith” is unquestionably the song to do that. It is an amazing and beautiful song with a story that is perfect for the situation we are all in right now.

“Faith” is a brilliant track that seems to do exactly what it is meant for,  reminding people to have faith that things will get better.
