MIAMI, FL – Katt Leya wants the world to know that she’s more than just a cam model, and her new music is evidence of the many creative talents she has to offer the world.

Born and raised in New York, this Latina artist who now hails from Miami has a unique sound and style that’s starting to make waves with industry insiders in the South. Embracing multiple genres and styles, Katt uses her natural talents as a singer to weave engaging lyrics alongside catchy melodies for ear-pleasing vibes that a new wave of fans will love.

Her debut single, “Do It,” is a club song that’s been getting a lot of attention throughout Miami. Written as homage to other girls who work in the adult entertainment industry as cam girls, the song explores the constant battle those women face between trying to make money while also chasing down their own dreams.

“It’s not just about me but about girls getting their money and doing what you have to do,” Katt said. “There are a lot of people on YouTube who are doing things for free, but as a cam girl, you can’t do it for free – you have to work for your money. That’s a sentiment that I believe anyone in the world can relate with, and I want other people to relate to it through their own experiences.

It’s definitely Hip Hop but it has more of a hype-type vibe to it. I’m an urban girl, and that shows in my music, but this song is definitely an anthem for anyone who has ever hadto work hard for their money.” One of the things Katt said she’s most proud of as a musician is her ability to be versatile. She enjoys all types of music and genres – from Frank Ocean to Coldplay to Rihanna. She particularly loves the model Rihanna has set for other women who have aspirations of being musicians, and she looks to the musical legend for inspiration to overcome things in her own life.

As she’s explored her natural talents with music, Katt said she’s been encouraged to discover a bevy of abilities that lend themselves to great songs. She has a good voice and knows how to play with her voice to create different sounds and vibes. She also has an adept ability to fuse different genres and beats. And best of all, she’s really good with lyrics. She vows to fans that shallow lyrics will never pass across her lips and promises that only the highest quality music will end up being recorded and released to the world.

“I want people to be like, ‘Wow! I can’t believe how good she is!’” Katt said. “I want people to realize I have a good voice and I make great music – that my lyrics have meaning. I’m not just a cam model or an Instagram girl. I want people to feel energized by my music. If you’re not having a good day or you’re not confident that day, listen to my music and it’ll help you feel confident and energized, happy and motivated. At the end of the day, when it comes to my music, I want people to be wowed.”

Katt is currently hard at work on another single that she’s tentatively calling “Warrior,” which she said she plans to release sometime in the next month or two. To listen to Katt Leya’s music or to follow her on social media, please visit:

PROGRESSIVE ARTIST NINO TALKS NEW EP "OUT" Q&A PODCAST

Progressive artist Nino fuses multiple genres and sounds to create musical experiences on new EP ‘Out’

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST BELOW

Cameron Nino (21:01)

Download the MP3

LOS ANGELES, CA – Avant garde is not a term one should throw about lightly when describing a new artist, but it’s a term that fits perfectly for West Coast musician Cameron Nino. His signature sound is new and unusual an experimental in the best of ways, fusing sounds like electric guitar and cello with harmonic vocals and elements of Hip Hop. It’s a style that is equal parts original and intriguing, and it begs to be given more attention on a global scale.

That takeoff to global stardom is set to begin with his latest EP “Out.” Featuring six different songs that explore a variety of different feelings and moods, this project is one that is already turning heads within the music industry and gaining this young artist an ever-widening fanbase. The concept, he said, is to put all of his different musical experiences into a single project in an artistic and attractive way.

“I felt a lot of the times when I was making music I was put in a certain box – I’m a guitarist or a rapper or a singer,” Nino said. “I felt sometimes I wanted to fit into that box, but overall with this project, I wanted to just say that I can’t be put in a certain box. I create musical experiences that are driven by feelings, thoughts and concepts. I listen to all genres of music – Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, World, Classical, Jazz, Blues … I find that most of my music is driven by my

experiences, not genres. I use elements of different genres to realize that experience. When I create a song, I might create a feeling that I want to share about a certain thing – like social justice. My music is a vehicle for sharing and encouraging principles that expand the human experience. In that regard, I hope people see me as a music visionary.”

One great example of this approach is his recent single, “I Can’t Breathe” which features fellow West Coast artist Trinity Rose. Nino’s skill with the electric guitar takes center stage right out of the gate. The vibe of the song is brought to the listener’s attention almost immediately with Nino’s screaming of the lyrics “I Can’t Breathe!” shortly after some traditional Hip Hop 808s make way for Cameron’s rhythmic flow. That soon makes way for some harmonies with Trinity Rose on the hook, before she too, lets out some impressive flow. And all throughout the song is the walking line of a cello in the background which creates an ominous vibe that elicits the perfect feeling for the song.

“The message is about social justice and the abuse of power by law enforcement,” Nino said. “They need to know they’re not above the law. Police and institutions are outdated and don’t serve all the citizens in America … at all. When an institution no longer serves the citizens, it needs to be abolished and replaced. The song is thought provoking and I felt it needed a second voice to deliver the message. And we definitely fused a lot of genres together to give it a lot of different elements.”

That single has been gaining Nino some attention since its release earlier this year, and now with the launch of his EP, that notoriety is set to jump to even greater lengths. He said he’s especially excited for fans to hear different sides of his sound and to have fun with the music. He points to the debut single from the EP, “Tropical,” as a great example of how he not only creates thought-provoking songs but also music that’s fun just for the sake of being fun.

“Tropical” features a Reggae and Pop fusion that definitely elicits an Island vibe. It has a bouncy, wavy sway that makes the listener bop his or her head, or lean back and smile while relaxing with the sway. The slow-moving rhythm is the perfect chill vibe to go along with lyrics like “Wishing that this day would never end. These are the days we pray for.”

“I was looking outside my window while I was making this song and just thinking about how lonely everything seemed right now,” Nino said. “I was listening to some Reggae songs and it was making me think about good times. That was the feeling I wanted to convey in the song. I tried to make a feel-good, vibey type of song that literally just makes you feel good – like you’re at the beach vibing and relaxing and chilling.”

“Tropical” and the other songs from the EP “Out” are currently available across all streaming platforms. Nino said he’s also working on a new song that he plans to release later this fall or early winter – one that he promises will be “intergalactic.”

HIP HOP RECORDING ARTIST YQ DREAMS TALKS "PLAYMAKER" ANTHEM AND MORE!

YQ Dreams drops inspiring anthem ‘Playmaker’ just in time for NBA playoffs

NEW JERSEY – Just in time for the NBA playoffs comes a hot new anthem from East Coast artist YQ Dreams. The song is called “Playmaker” and though its inspiration came from the greatest NBA players, it’s a song that can hype up playmakers from all sports and all walks of life.

“Essentially, it’s a song about overcoming adversity and turning them into plays,” YQ said. “It’s upbeat and anthemic. I’m remembering my hardest days and showing people that now I’m up and I make all the plays. So it’s a story of a playmaker shining. It’s not necessarily basketball-driven though it was inspired by the LA Lakers and my desire to highlight their playmakers who are in the playoffs. I’m a huge LeBron fan and some of my goals are similar to his. But this song

can be for anybody. If you’re a playmaker and you have a bad experience, you can turn it into something good and you’d be classified as a playmaker.”

At 23-years-old, YQ Dreams is having the kind of success that seasoned stars wish for. He’s traveled nationwide in his young career, opening for acts such as PNB Rock and releasing big hits like “Did It,” featuring Hip Hop icon DaBaby. His full-length EP “Jersey” is also available now across all streaming platforms and has been gaining even more attention from industry insiders and fans alike.

Part of the attention being headed on his fast-rising star is for his unique sound and style. Born to a Jamaican mother, YQ fuses his heritage with a blend of genres to create something truly original. He’s also very lyrical, creating music that is simultaneously hype music but also deeply introspective. His songs require people to really listen to the lyrics, and when they do, they’ll meet a vulnerable musician who lays his insecurities out to the world and doesn’t hide anything.

If you respect authentic music and the true essence of art, then you’ll respect my work,” he said. “The most beautiful art is created during pain. At the end of the day, I hope my music is known for being authentic. I feel like in this industry there are a lot of things that are fake, or at least not necessarily genuine. When you listen to my music, you’ll know that I’m genuine. You as the listener are the same as me. I never make it seem like I’m better than anyone. You go through the same pain and trials and tribulations as me, and because of that, you can connect with me at that level and know I go through the same things as you.”

YQ said he’s excited for people to hear “Playmaker” and hopes that it’ll gain the attention of some of the NBA stars currently playing in the playoffs.

Canadian Country/Pop artist Jessie Tylre Williams
releases timely single ‘Breathe’

MEDICINE HAT, CANADA – A song that’s perfect for the times is hitting the mass market from
award-winning Country and Pop artist Jessie Tylre Williams. The song is called “Breathe” and
this Canadian songbird said there couldn’t have been a better time in her career to release this
single than in 2020 when the world is facing so many unimaginable hardships.
“It’s perfect timing for what we’re going through globally,” Williams said. “We can’t control
what’s going on in the world, but we can control what’s going in our own lives just by breathing.
This song is about getting through each moment as it comes – just keep breathing and moving
on. We only get one chance at life, so take it to the limit and reach for the sky and don’t wake
up one day and say you didn’t try.”

The mid-tempo Country track is laced with Pop vibes and perfectly suits her soaring vocals. This
Manitoba-born songstress now lives in Alberta and has been entertaining the masses with her
voice for most of her life. Though she followed a gypsy lifestyle from a young age, music has
always been the thing that has grounded her. As a passionate singer and songwriter, Jessie
preaches the potential of sound and voice as a healing medium and gains her musical influence
through lending a hand to help others that need support during their own hardships.
“I feel so blessed to be able to use music as a way to connect with people and help them
through their hardships with hopes that I can inspire others along the way,” she said. “We must
never stop believing. Where there is life, there truly is hope. Music is such a powerful force and
it can really heal and transform lives.”

Over the course of her career, Williams has become known for a strong ability to pair authentic
acoustic sounds and melodies with a lilting and distinct voice. In both her writing and live
performances, Williams demonstrates her raw and inspiring experience of survival and
determination, which drives her to create original, empowering material. Each song, like a
separate chapter of her life, unfolds a story of continual hope and courage, moving listeners
through her lyrical exposure of emotion.

“At the end of the day, I just want to resonate with my fans and I want to connect with people
soulfully through my music, helping them get through each moment, one breath at a time.”
If the global charts are any indication, she’s been connecting with quite a few people around
the globe. Within only the first week of the single’s release, Williams was hitting the tops of the
charts. She charted No. 50 with the New Music Weekly Country Music list, as well as No. 23 and
No. 25 respectively, on two other lists. And most impressively, she charted No. 1 with Country
Radio’s Most Added list!

77 WABC Radio Co Host of "The Curtis & Juliet Show" Juliet Huddy stopped by the Podcast today and talked about the current political culture and mood in the country. To be frank, she's one of my favorite personalities out there in the public airwaves.

Formerly one of the Anchors on FOX AND FRIENDS, Huddy has since left that role due to alleged sexual harassment by then FOX NEWS' Bill O'Reilly. She spoke a little bit about this in part 1 of today's Podcast, so tune in for that. (NOTE) A personal note, even though she's very happy with her current job at 77 WABC Radio, I think the country needs her back on TV at the national level.

Curtis & Juliet Show 77 WABC Radio

J Huddy also talked about Biden's chances of becoming the next President of The United States, and she breaks down what he'll need to do in order to pull off the victory.

Something I also admire about Juliet is the fact that she's an objective person who'll call out BOTH sides of the aisle when and if she see's either side screwing things up.  Tune into her show or follow her on Twitter and you'll see her take Governor Cuomo to task, as well as NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Have a listen and enjoy.

DOTHAN, AL – An EKG machine is a medical device that keeps up with the electric pulses of the human body. Da Real EKG is an artist who offers the same for the music industry. He has his finger on the pulse of music and his unique sound and style are providing a fresh perspective in a time desperate for originality.

His latest single, “Thing 4 You” is a perfect example of this original sound and style. Opening with R&B harmonies and a smooth, mid-tempo flow, this song has a sway to it that cannot be denied. Showcasing his deep voice – both as a singer and a rapper – the song is one that perfectly fuses R&B and Rap in ways that are truly one-of-a-kind. The track features fellow artists A.M. and T-Blak, and was created a couple of years ago but has only recently seen wide distribution after a re-release from the label.

“We were all stuck in the studio one day and somebody had a beat and we were all hearing the same thing over and over again and when I finally got a chance to spit it out, it came out great,” EKG said. “It’s all of us telling our own unique love stories. At the time I had met someone that I wanted to show the world to, but not give her the world. But it was one of those relationships that I knew wasn’t gonna work out. A.M., on the other hand, is rapping about someone he

wants to give the world to Overall, it’s a love vibe and everything is so vibrant and in tune to the moment.”

The single is one that is true to his trajectory as an artist. After releasing his first single “The Love Letter,” his career has made a steady rise over the past few years. He released an album in 2017 called “Lit at the 30” which has seen success across all streaming platforms. And more recently, he’s been preparing to release his new album “The Struggle” which will break down a lot of urban stereotypes and talk about his current position and the challenges he’s faced to get to where he is today in his career.

“A lot of people go too deep into it and say that their situation has to be a product of their environment,” EKG said. “I have had a mentor growing up who is no longer with us, and he taught me that you have to change the notion that you have to be a stereotype or a statistic or a product of your environment. You don’t have to be that. You can be different. For me, that meant getting in the studio and finishing off this album and showing the world how to do things a different way.”

The album should release this fall, EKG said. In the meantime, “Thing 4 You” is available across all streaming platforms.

HIP HOP SOUL RECORDING ARTIST "REALITY" TALKS NEW EP '10/1/12' AND MORE!

New King of Hip-Hop Soul, Reality, set to drop hot new EP ‘10/1/12’

REALITY (20:20)

UPPER WEST SIDE MANHATTAN, NY – Everybody has a moment in life that defines them – that turning point during which something profound happens and reshapes the way you think, act and live. For Reality Wilson, that day happened on 10/1/12. That was the day he and his former girlfriend first got together and started a relationship, and the seven-hour conversation that the two of them had that evening was a dialogue that turned out to be an eye-opener for him in almost every way possible.

Not only has he commemorated that day with a tattoo of the date on his right hand, but he has also created a new EP entitled “10/1/12” that’s set to be released on Aug. 7. Self-dubbed as a
coming-of-age story, the project is one that takes listeners on a journey from youth into adulthood by way of the sounds and styles that have been developed by this budding young artist from the inner city of New York. From nostalgic vibes associated with his first love in high school to different reflections of moods and vibes that have come in the years since the end of that relationship, this EP has it all.

“The whole project is me overcoming the obstacles of young love and serves as a metaphor for leaving things in the past and moving on,” Reality said. “It can also serve as a metaphor of the things that are going on in our country right now. The first track is called ‘Conversation’ and we really do need to have a conversation about what’s going on right now. ‘Thoughts of You’ uses raw Hip Hop to give some of that old school vibe because everybody needs some old school right now. Every song on the EP has a message like that, and it ends with ‘Revenge.’ To me the best revenge is success.”

When it comes to Reality’s music, he’s 100 percent authentic. He considers everything he does as a hit, though he admits that he defines a hit differently than most. While not every song will be a top-10 chart song, he said everything he creates will be a hit for a specific time and place and theme. And when the listener is in that kind of space and hears his song, it will hit them hard and in the perfect way.

That kind of ability to hit so many audiences with such perfection is a rare talent for someone so young. At only age 22, Reality is carving a niche for himself in the industry. Already, major industry execs are looking at him with interest because he has the kind of sound and style that is unlike anything else out there.
“I’m about real music,” he said. “Music is music. It’s a frequency. I don’t even like to call myself a rapper or singer – I’m a frequency. The art is gonna create itself. I don’t have to do much.”

According to his manager and long-time music industry insider, Randy Connor, Reality has the kind of once-in-a-lifetime talent that is destined to change the face of Hip Hop.

“He is an incredible talent,” Connor said. “I’ve spent a lifetime developing artists and he is super talented. He’s a legitimate MC in terms of a Rap artist, but he’s also an amazing vocalist and music producer. He does all of those things and he does them so well that we really believe he’s the new King of Hip-Hop Soul. He’s the male version of Mary J Blige.”
