He went from high school basketball riga Ellis is now an NBA star that's worth millions. He's also a class act kid that's never forgotten where he's from. Ellis as done a lot for the folks of Jackson, MS and he keeps grounded, he doesn't let the money and fame get to him. I had a chance to meet and speak with this young man yesterday. TOURING THE HIGHLANDS NEIGHBORHOOD DESTROYED BY AN EF3 TORNADO

My friend Stephanie is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. Her neighborhood was destroyed by the tornado that ripped through the Highlands trailer park in Pearl, MS. Stephanie and I toured the wreckage the other day. A lot of people lost everything around here. Mississippians died last week and many were injured. Many lost their entire homes and all of their possessions. Please keep Mississippi in your prayers and thoughts.
