THE GIFT OF GIVING IS MORE REWARDING THAN THE GIVE RECEIVED

Merry Christmas folks. This was the best Christmas that I have ever had. I woke up this morning and drove into Jackson, MS. I've spent the last few weeks collecting blankets from my kind friends, and even from some strangers. Today was the day to hand them out to the homeless folks. I was touched and humbled by seeing the joy on

the faces of those in need. A warm blanket goes a long way. We all take for granted being warm at night. We take advantage of having comfortable shoes on our feet. We take for granted having a warm meal to eat. For me, spending my Christmas serving hot meals, and handing out blankets to those in need was the most rewarding Christmas that I ever had. Thanks to all of the good folks that donated, and that dedicated their time this Christmas morning lifting up folks in need. God Bless all of you.
