MY NEPHEW WAS INJURED IN AFGHANISTAN LAST WEEK

I just spoke with my Nephew a Marine currently in Afghanistan. Our family got a scare a few days ago that we didn't make public yet. I spoke with him a few minutes ago, and he said that it's OK that I share this. Brendan's truck hit an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) that threw him off of his truck and knocked him out. He was evaluated by doctors and checked for head trauma. He was informed that he will receive a PURPLE HEART as a result of this. Thank GOD he will be alright. Brendan, you are a HERO my Nephew. I am proud of you beyond measure!
