It appears as if former US Olympian, heavyweight contender Jason Estrada will face cruiserweight champ, now heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek of Poland. This fight, if happens will take place on February 6th.

PACQUIAO CRUSHES COTTO

Manny Pacquiao captured the WBO Welterweight world title with a dominant performance over Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao got the TKO that he was hoping for, in the 12th round. Cotto was down twice early in the fight, and could not handle the utter speed of Pacquio. A familiar story with Pacquiao's past opponents. With this win Pacquiao surely enters the elite fighter list, and goes into the all time greatest to ever live category.

OK, I have been bombarded with reader emails wanting to know my prediction for the fight. Here is my official prediction. I think it's a closer fight than a lot of people are saying. Cotto is in his prime, stronger, bigger, and tough as nails. Pacquiao on the other hand is faster, moves better, and vastly has the more experienced corner. This fight in my opinion will go the distance, with Pacquiao ending up winning by UD. I would not be surprised to see Pacquiao dropped in this fight though. Pacquiao UD

No big surprise what I will be doing tonight. I'll be glued to the television set to watch the big fight between Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto. I hope it's a good fight, I hope both men end the night healthy. May the best man win!
