Former US Olympian Jason Estrada absolutely destroyed Moultrie Witherspoon this evening on ESPN's Friday Night Fights. Estrada used a blistering uppercut that he simply couldn't miss with, followed by strong right hands, and much faster hands. Once and awhile I like to cross over from boxing and into the music/entertainment world. In the past I have interviewed greats like Brad Arnold (3 DOORS DOWN), Alex Reymundo (Showtime regular and producer/writer of the smash hit Hick Spanic), and Fran Capo (actor, and world record holder). I am happy to announce another off boxing interview with lead guitarist Pete Evick. Pete plays lead guitar for The Bret Michaels Band (Poison front man), and also heads up his own band EVICK. Evick is currently on "THE ROCK OF LOVE" tour with Bret Michaels. He will take some time on Monday to sit down with me and discuss his music career, and the many other ventures that he currently is into. COMING SOON!!!

WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND - KARMA AT IT'S BEST

For those of my readers who observed the unwarranted bashing, and slander that was layed upon me for the past several months, I just wanted to share with you some Karma. Those of you who know what's up, and know the website (people) that I am talking about, check out their alexa ratings, especially under page views categories.

This is what happens when you fill yourself up with negativity, and this is what happens when you spend your time attacking someone instead of putting forth your energy where it is most needed. By posting my picture up on their site in an act of slander, and countless other asinine decisions, their numbers are sinking like a rock.

What comes around goes around, a simple but very acurate phrase. Instead of the plethora of juvnille fat comments that they enjoyed leaving after my interviews over at Boxingconfidential.com, perhaps they should have been working on getting up some worthy boxing news. Instead of leaving me emails about twinkies, and sending me emails with alias names, perhaps they should be interviewing fighters, not interviewing their own staff members.

There's a cool Bible scripture that I like, it says, "How can you see the speck in my eye, and not notice the log in your own eye?"

The proof is in the pudding. Just look at how this website's ratings have fallen through the basement. You know what I find funny here, is the fact that it's not the fault of their writers. They have a solid group of writers over there. It's the so called head honcho's. They are the ones nose-diving the site into the grave. I mean it's a boxing site right? Why in the world would they waste bandwidth space by posting my mug on their front page?

The site's mailbag guy, Brian Wilbur is a strength to the site. Lead interviewer Dan Hernandez is the other strength. It's owner, well that's another story. Here's a guy who actually has the odasity to tell me that I have an ego lol. His site basically consists of interviews that they do with each other, old interviews, several months old re posted like television reruns. Hernandez drops a breath of fresh air once and awhile, then Wilbur saves their week with a solid mailbag. Then the shit comes. Pressers begging for advertisers, THAT THEY NEVER GET. Pressers about "BAD'S" book (a good book actually), MORE pressers about "BAD'S" appearance on a local televsion show, then SCARED STIFF reviews (which are actually pretty cool too) however, not on a boxing site.

It's all about Karma. I offered an olive branch to this guy. He took it, then broke it. I think he actually may lose sleep over my success. I actually wish the guy well, and hopefully he will take all of that negative energy he puts forth towards me, and turns it into positive energy that can rebuild his site. His writers deserve it, they work hard.

I had a friend of mine who had an extra ticket to go see Bret Michaels (former front man of the 1980's legendary band Poison). The show took place at The Ameristar Casino in Vicksburg, MS. Man, I gotta tell ya'll, what a show! The Bret Michaels Band played almost every big Poison hit, and some of their new material. If you get the chance to go see Bret Michaels, I highly suggest it. GREAT SHOW! Bret also spent a few weeks in Iraq singing for the troops. The men and women serving our country are very important to him, and he dedicated the show to them.

Current WIBF Minimum weight world champion Sarah Goodson bounced back nicely with an impressive 4 round UD over Nikki Verbeck this past Saturday night in Paris, Arkansas. Goodson dominated the fight from the beginning bell. Official scores were 40/36 on all three cards. Shout out to Bob Arum, and my boy Freddie Roach - I think it would be an even more interesting card if you would consider Sarah as part of the undercard of Manny Pacquiao's next fight, both fighters Filipino, and one being a female former world champ!
