Sadly, I have to report that former World Champion, Vernon Forrest is dead. Reports out of Atlanta say that the former world champion was a victim of an attempted car-jacking. The incident took place at 11:00 PM Saturday night while Forrest was putting air into his car tires. A red Monte Carlo approached, and two male subjects attempted to take Vernon's Jaguar. Apparently, Vernon Forrest had a hand gun on him, and chased the subjects. As a result, Forrest was killed...stay tuned for updates.
