Things are good in life. One of the best things about being surrounded by good people is that they help block out the other losers that drown themselves in hate. Let's take this wretched looking, non movie making, extremely not funny but thinks he is, fat guy who calls other fat guys fat, Brad Cooney groupie and stalker, Geno McICANTMAKEAMOVIEIFMYLIFEDEPENDEDONIT-Gahee.

The best part about this guys 4 or 5 year stalking campaign is that in the process, his so called boxing site went from semi successful and reputable, to the worst piece of garbage on the net. The only time the site generated any traffic recently is when they switched from boxing to TMZ type gossip articles. Any moron can create a site and slap up Casey Anthony articles 5 times a day and get traffic. Not impressed.

So when this wretched groupie of mine failed to compete vs my site with boxing news, they switched up their format and went to TMZ crap. So then they posted the chart of their traffic numbers as if they did something special lol. Hey jerkoff, I haven't seen you post your traffic chart lately. How come? I'll tell you why.
Because they stopped posting TMZ articles on the site, switched back to boxing, and once they did that their traffic numbers dropped like a rock. Why did their rankings drop like a rock you ask? Because they SUCK. They can't keep writers because the writers discover pretty quickly that both the owner and the managing editor are mental cases.

Recently the Lamont Peterson Vs. Amir Khan fight came to Washington DC. One would think that since the site owner lives in the DC area that his site would have had epic ringside coverage of the fight, no? Hmmm... get turned down for press credentials maybe? I find it hillarious that a fight of that magnitude comes to the backyard of the site owner and they didn't produce one interview, one video, one ringsidereport? Too funny.

So let's move to Newzbreaker. The site soley created to attempt to get on my nerves, and a few other former writers of theirs. "big ugly" from Chicopee had his chance to meet 8CN in person not too long ago at the Rivera fight. But as predicted, the coward little pussy was a no show. More than likely he opted to stay at his house that night in order to create more cartoon characters to add to his writers list. Why create more cartoon characters? Because of their inability to actually hire and retain real writers.

So Newzbreaker is created and rather than to actually have a life, its creators spend their time infatuated with me, and a few other of their former writers. It's pretty funny. It's Sad, pathetic, peppered with a bit of comedy. How's that ranking going for Newzbreaker guys? Looks like it's peeked and will soon drop to worse than 400,000 which is where your other garbage site is headed as well.

Karma is a beautiful thing. These two mental cases decided to harrass me and others for multiples of years now and look where it's got them. Two sites, one of which used to be a reputable boxing site and one that was soley created so that they can publish trash. Both sites have terrible rankings, both sites have little to no writers other than the fictional names created by "big ugly", and neither site able to compete with other boxing sites, like 8CN or any of the others.

Keep on doing your thing dipshits...I love it. Let your rankings keep tanking. Karma.... a beautiful thing.

BARBOUR PARDONS IN MISSISSIPPI A DISGRACE

What was former Governor Haley Barbour thinking? I met Haley at a boxing match down in Biloxi, MS last year. I voted for him twice, and all in all I think he was a good Governor. He got us through one of the worst Hurricane's ever to strike the United States in Hurricane Katrina.

Barbour just completed two terms as our state's Governor. His last executive decision was his worst. Barbour literally let convicted murderers and sex offenders free. The good ole Gov issued over 150 pardons, from murderers, rapists, violent offenders, you name it.

Today, our state AG Jim Hood went on CNN and told the country that Mississippi may have to issue a national man hunt for 4 murderers that Haley Barbour let free.
The state constitution says that anyone who requests a pardon must file the appropriate paperwork 30 days prior to the release.

They have to publish publicly that they seek clemency. This according to the Attorney General was not done in several of these cases.

I have a bigger issue than the constitutional aspect. My issue is a moral aspect. Is it moral to let some killer free? Would Mr Barbour let a killer free if that killer killed his wife, or daughter? I doubt it.

What about the families of the victims? Did Gov Barbour even think about how they would feel? How would he feel if his wife's murderer was running around on the streets? What in the world was this man thinking?

As the Nephew of a fallen Mississippi Highway Patrol Officer, Billy Langham, I take this very personal. My Uncle was shot and killed back in 1980, and it makes me sick to my stomach to think that people such as the persons that killed my Uncle are running free today because one person over-turned a Jury's decision.

This is not a political thing. It has nothing to do with party lines, Republican, Democrat, Independent. This is a moral issue, and whether or not the right decision was made. This decision by Governor Barbour is disgusting. It's stinks like rotten fish, and he owes the people an explanation followed by a sincere apology.

I hope that the state government takes a new look at pardons and how they are issued from here going forward. This is a disgrace.

It's been awhile since I shared some thoughts with you guys, my blogger followers. I had a great trip to South Carolina in December. We loaded up and headed to Parris Island and witnessed my Nephew become a Marine. I'll never forget that experience. It was a very emotional time, filled with pride and joy.

He's currently one of Hollywood's top Head Shot Photographer's and heads up a truly enspiring program called "Fueled By The Fallen", a program that remembers fallen American heroes using white Camaro's all custom painted memorializing events such as 911 and fallen soldiers. My Nephew, Brendan Cooney crossed the finish line this morning and became a United States Marine. Brendan has been on Parris Island, SC for the past 3 months training to become a Marine, and after 3 months, and a 58 mile Crucible, this morning he transitioned from recruit to Marine.

I'm so proud of him. I leave for Parris Island, SC on Tuesday. I can't wait to see him on Thursday at family day, and then again on graduation day which is Friday, Dec 16th.

I turned on CNN the other day and watched a documentary that they did about Brandon, Mississippi. The documentary profiled a racially motivated killing that took place in Jackson, MS earlier this year. The accused is in fact a resident of Brandon, but I can throw a dart at any map of any state in America, and whatever town that dart hits, I can find a racist or two.

What CNN did to the reputation of Brandon, MS was disgusting. The way in which CNN misrepresented this town was terrible. The network should be ashamed of themselves.

What I find COMICAL is the fact that CNN recently voted Brandon, MS as a top 100 best town to raise a family in. Can we say HYPOCRITES? Here, read for yourself CLICK HERE
CNN voted Brandon 89th best town in America to raise a family. So now they turn around with this act of disgusting misrepresentation, and make our town look like it's littered with KKK rally's and people walking around in white sheets.

I live in a community that prides itself in patriotism and faith. Earlier this year one of our own gave his life in order to save three others. Staff Sgt Jason Rogers United States Marine Corp, died in Afghanistan. His story made national news and so did our community when the Westboro Baptist Church (Not REAL Christians) tried to protest at his funeral. THAT isn't happening in Brandon, MS.

So this morning I visited Jason at his grave in Brandon, MS. It was a beautiful cool morning. There was some grass blades that were on his grave stone that I cleaned off and I straightened up a few items that people left so that it looked uniform. All of us need to take a few minutes from time to time and thank our fallen heroes. Jason Rogers USM is certainly a hero.

I broke out my smart phone and made it a point to show a few fighters, promoters, and legends in the sport the so called heart of boxing site that publishes hate articles and garbage TMZ style articles with made up fake characters. Many laughs and looks of disgust followed. I was very clear to point out the site's owner and managing editor's name I might add.

Our list of writers is second to none. We brought on Keith Terceira as our new managing editor. Keith is the former managing editor of Boxingscene.com. I would be embarrassed to display such ignorance on a site that I called my own LOL. The Heart of Boxing? This is what you envisioned your boxing site to look like? LMAO!!! You SUCK!

RINGSIDEREPORT.COM AND THEIR STALKING SHOWING A PATTERN

At first I thought perhaps I was the only former writer that the owner and managing editor of Ringsidereport.com was stalking. Now I find out that there are more. One of their very childish tacticts is to email their former writers using alias names and alias email addresses. They provoke their victim by instigating and insulting them. They provoke the person to respond, then save that email and use the email in one of their many ridiculous and quite honestly, stupid articles. There is a thread on the Doghouseboxing forums that you can read HERE

The thread is filled with people who have been harrassed by both of these morons. I have been stalked by these two fools for literally years now. They have sent me several alias emails that I can prove came from them, all of which are in files retained by my attorney.

If you visit their site you will see on some days 4 to 5 articles per day written by a created fake character named Anthony Santiago who is really Geno McGahee, the sites editor.

The real Antonio Santiago, another former writer of theirs who used to pen entertainment articles, has also been stalked and harrassed by these people. In my conversations with him, it's been revealed that he too has received several emails from them that have harrassed him on several occasions.

Dan Hernandez, another former writer of theirs appears to have had his face photo-shopped by these guys and used to create another character called "The Masked Hernandez" a wrestling writer.

The site's writers list is like a revolving door as they can't keep people around more than a few months. It doesn't take too long for people to realize that they are working with two complete fools.

The sites managing editor in the past has created blogs about me. He admitted as such in an email that I still have, and I have retained screenshots of the blog. He spends a lot of his time writing these ridiculous articles with his ridiculous characters with the sole purpose of trying to get me mad. There are times when I read this garbage and just shake my head in complete awe. I often ask myself, "Can this guy really be this obsessed? The answer is apparently, yes. He has to be obsessed because look at how frequently he pens his stupidity and posts it on the site.

I have not written for these guys for like 4 or 5 years now, and he still is at it. they will probably never stop or change. What a F'n loser lol. Gosh, I would consider cutting my wrists if I were so obsessed with someone that I had to write artices on a daily bases just for the sole purpose of getting that person mad. What a F'd up life to live lol.

OK so I finally nailed down my vacation time and plans. I have decided to stay somewhat local this time around. I will be in Jackson, MS August 26th for WWE RAW. This is going to be great. Looking forward to meeting some of the WWE stars. August 27th I will be cageside for Psychout Promotions MMA throwdown. Sept 3rd I will head to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Biloxi, MS and be ringside for Andre Berto Vs. Zaveck for the IBF world title fight.

OK, now onto my stalker who really isn't a stalker so much, rather my daily entertainment. How his wife doesn't crack him in his head with a tire iron is beyond me. Her husband who's uglier than a pile of fresh dog feces, makes fun of obese people for crying out loud. I'm amazed she hasn't took a frying pan to his ugly face by now. Anyway, here is today's "make Brad laugh out loud" moment. They keep putting up the Alexa rankings map showing ME not their fans, ME their current traffic rankings. So let's break this down and go real talk. REAL talk, HOLLA!

Here are the facts. When 8CN and RSR were competing websites reporting nothing but boxing and MMA, 8CN CRUSHED RSR for well over a year in rankings. FACT number 2. IF 8CN decided to post nothing but TMZ gossip garbage articles on big foot, Casey Anthony, Lady Gaga, UFO's etc, we would STILL be crushing RSR. 8CN chooses to stick to boxing and MMA, and are the REAL heart of boxing.

The ONLY reason these two fools (who can't keep writers) have some traffic finally is because they sold out, and write mainstream gossip collums. So before you post Alexa maps with ranking results, just remember the fact psychos. You got your ASS kicked when it was just boxing and MMA LOL! We could care less that you have higher rankings because we have no interest in writing about Charlie Sheen, or Justin Bieber. We will probably end up passing you in ranking anyway, but just the same, we won't be selling out. 8CN sticks to boxing and MMA - Have a nice day dipshits.

Yo what up boxing fans. I have been busy cranking out good stuff for 8CountNews.com -Just in the past few weeks we broke the NJ Judging story (Lara Vs Williams) and were all over the Pacquiao Koncz VisionQwest story.

Vacation is coming up and I'm looking forward to spending some time with my God Daughters and family. I will spend a little time down on the Gulf of Mexico, and who knows where else.

BIG boxing news for Mississippi. 8CN announced today that former world champ Andre Berto will challenge Jan Zaveck for the IBF welterweight title in Biloxi on Sept 3rd. I'll be all over that one.

I am excited to tell you guys that 8CN is about to launch our first magazine. Fight Life magazine will be available soon. The magazine will cover the fight world both inside and outside of the ring and cage. We already have numerous celebrities that are on board with us, and we will be adding more.

I am also BIG TIME excited about announcing the new addition to 8CN. Patrick Musumeche will be doing interviews with music's biggest names. Patrick is one cool cat. We are pumped about his arrival.

I am working hard at releasing my next book. It's been a work in progress. An on and off again ordeal. I keep busy with the site, my career as an investigator, and boxing/MMA coverage. I have found time to keep nibbling away at the book, so hopefully I can get it released this fall.

Things that made me laugh - Well let's see. The biggest comedy that I get lately is from those two dipshit's at the shit stink site. You know, the site that has fake writers, fake interviews, and a managing editor that has his head stuck so far up my ass, I now have a New England accent. A countdown clock? LMAO! Then after the clock winds down we get a photoshop picture of a chubby dude in a NY mask. That took 20 days? LOL! WOW! And the funniest part? Can you say hot? How about HOT? It's been over 100 degrees here in Mississippi for the past 3 days, with a heat index of around 105 degrees. I spent Memorial Day weekend down on the Gulf Coast with friends, and had a blast with The Bret Michaels Band at The Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi.

June 11th, I will travel a few hours north and will be ringside for the Hasim Rahman fight. Rahman Vs. Brown will be at the Desoto Civic Center in Southaven, MS.

I'm looking at a vacation sometime in July perhaps August. I'm not quite sure where to yet, perhaps Florida to see friends.

OK, so let's get to some world views. The Government of Syria is committing mass murder upon its own people. Yemen is on the brink of civil war. Egypt's revolution only accomplished one thing. The removel of Mubarak, only to be replaced by a corrupt military. Iran is racing toward attaining nuclear weapons. Afghanistan and Iraq are still an ongoing mess. I have been involved in politics since I was 18 years (now 35) old and I can count on one hand the amount politicians who are "real people", someone who you talk to and feel like he or she is just another mom or dad or a neighbor. This is why people shut off what is going on in the world and in their state. No one cares because no politician is real. There is always some front that they put up to get you to believe that they are something that they are not. When I watch the debates on TV I wish they would show the side of the stage so that we could see Toto pull the wizards curtain and see who is inside.

I am someone who considers myself as right as you can get, and Cooney can attest to this, and I have had it with both sides. Democrats and Republicans don't care about you, they care about themselves and getting re-elected, and that's the problem. No one holds them accountable for what they do and how they vote.

The question is, do you really know who you are voting for? What does he or she stand for? What is his or her background? No one asks these questions, they just watch their local TV the week before the election and pull a lever.

If anything is going to change in this country then people better wake up and not fall asleep at the switch!!

It's been a great few months for 8CountNews.com - We continue to bring YOU the fans the biggest names in boxing. Here it straight from the fighters!

I will be heading to Florida in Late June for some much needed vacation. While there, I am sure that I will find time to talk boxing with someone.

There's been a lot of trying times over the past few months as well. Mississippi was hit by several large tornadoes that have killed several people. 8CN with the help of our good friend Roy Jones Jr has raised money for the victims.

The Mississippi River flood was another issue. The city of Vicksburg remains under water in many areas. Last week Joplin, Missouri was devastated by an EF-5 tornado, and yesterday parts of Oklahoma City were wiped off the map as well. Let's keep these people in our thoughts.

On a much less serious note, it's so nice to see how I have impacted my critics. It's funny, it's really funny, no it's AMAZINGLY funny to see how one or two people have sold their farm out. To go from educated and flat out good reads to photo-shop characters that talk about Spiderman and Justin Beiber is quite SHOCKING! :-)

DEPRESSION AND THE REAL MENTAL CASES

As someone who has had my bouts with depression over the years, I can certainly relate to those who suffer from it. Many people who suffer from clinical depression often suffer for many years, and in some sad cases they end up taking their own lives. Depression is not bias toward any gender or race. It can strike anyone, and sometimes with the extreme cases people take their own lives.

Recently I read online where a gay teen who suffered from depression had killed himself. The poor kid was bullied both in person and online. Cyber bullying is even worse than a school yard bully. Cyber bullying are folks too cowardly to say and act the same way in person as they do behind a keyboard.

The real mental cases are those who spend countless hours on their computers harrassing folks from afar.

Things have been touch and go here in Mississippi. As many of you know, we have had some catastrophic tornadoes that have killed many people down here, and in Alabama. My good friend Roy Jones Jr shows once again why he's such a class act. Roy and I have hooked up and started a tornado releif fund. Donations have been pouring in, and in a few more weeks, I will hand deliver this money to the folks in need.

Mississippi is now under the gun for a historical flood. The Mississippi river is about to flood from Memphis, TN all the way to the Gulf Coast. I am keeping my eye on this, and will probably be calling for assistance with another fundraise for this. Many people will lose their homes.

8CountNews is doing GREAT! Our traffic numbers are booming. Unlike another site, 8CN doesn't have to sell out and publish fake articles written by fake people. We keep it boxing and mixed martial arts.

You know what's really funny? Mr anonymous called my website www.8countnews.com an amateur site and he claims that nobody has heard of who I am in boxing. Honestly? I could care less who knows me or who doesn't know me. With that said, just to make a point, all one has to do is visit my site and a few things will be clear. One being, no matter how hard Mr anonymous wants it to be, 8CountNews is anything but amateur. Heck, current NABF champ Maureen Shea writes for 8CountNews. Current WBO bantamweight world champion Kaliesha West writes for 8CountNews. Roy Jones Jr, an all time great, stops by all of the time to do the Podcast show. FAMILY SECRET MOVIE REVIEW - BY BRAD COONEY

One thing that I very easily could have done was to go into this movie holding on to my personal feelings about the Director of "Family Secret" but I chose not to do that. Yea it would have been fun to have ripped this movie to shreds, and most people in my shoes probably would have.

I rented the movie on Amazon.com and went into the movie fully intending on giving it a fair review, and that's what I will do.

Basically the movie is about Geno McGee, (a small town reporter) and his Grandmother's death. After the Grandmother dies, she comes back. She's pissed off and slashes up everybody that crosses her path. Without giving up too much of the plot, I'll stop there and review the good and bad that I saw in the movie.

Let's start off with the bad. There were some things in the movie that I thought were poorly thought out. One of them being the age factor between actor "Crazy" Carl Robinson, who plays Geno McGee Sr, and Forris Day Jr, who plays Geno McGee Jr. They both looked about the same age, so it was pretty tough seeing one play the father and one play the son.

A lot of the acting was poor. This no doubt was because of the movie's 14 thousand dollar budget. Obviously with a bigger budget more experienced actors could have been hired. With that said, it is what it is, and the acting in the movie was below average.

The music being played during the killings was not so scary, and the weapon being used by the slashing Granny looked like a cheap toy from a toy store.

The movie did however have some cool moments and not all of the acting was poor. I thought three of the actors in the movie shined. Leeann Aubuchon, who played the wife of Geno was excellent. I am not sure if she has had previous acting experience but it certainly looked as if she did. If she didn't she definitely has a future in acting if she chooses to go forward with it.

I thought that Forris Day Jr who plays Geno McGee did a good job. He had a leading roll which is not so easy. Was he outstanding? No. Did he suck? nope, he did a good job.

My favorite character by far in the move was played by Alex Pierpaoli. He played Gary Vershon, a racist, and obnoxious father who drank, and basically had a problem with everyone in the film. Pierpaoli did an excellent job throughout the movie.

The strongest part of the film was the storyline. It's a typical type horror movie, with below average acting (with the exception of the three actors mentioned above) with a good storyline.

The special effects with the amount of money McGahee had to work with were fair. I have actually seen worse in movies that had a much larger budget.

So here is how I sum this movie up. The work put into the movie was obvious. There was definitely some hard work put forth to make the movie. The acting in the movie was not so great. There were three actors out of many who shined, as mentioned above. The special effects were fair, not bad for the money that the Director had to work with.

There was a cool cameo appearance near the end of the film by former 3 time world boxing champion Jose Antonio Rivera. Rivera played an FBI agent, with a twist.

The film had a good storyline. It was good enough to keep me watching it rather than walk off. I walked out of the theater a few months ago when I went to go see the movie "Machete" which had actors such as Robert DeNiro and Steven Segal.

All things considered with the low budget and actors with little to no experience I give this movie a 4.5 out of the 1 to 8 8countnews movie meter. I have seen much worse films in theaters with much bigger budgets.

It's been awhile since I have chimed in with some of my thoughts on the goings on with the world around us lately. Wow, BIG prayers to our brothers and sisters in Japan. When you think you have it bad here in America or perhaps Europe or elsewhere just think about what life is like in Japan right now.

Libya - The UN just passed a resolution to impose a no fly zone over Libya. It may be too late but we will see. I think that if thE US President is going to go public with words such as, "Ghadaffi has to go" He then must support the rebels trying to retake their country.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have been down with the flu. It was the worst strain of flu that I have ever dealt with. Thanks God the worst if over with. Any website can get fly by night traffic using google keywords, and writing yahoo trend articles. But at what cost? 8CN keeps it boxing and MMA. We could start writing articles about gorillas and spiderman tonight, but prefer to keep our fight fans. I know this much, back when that OTHER site kept it boxing, 8CN crushed them in traffic for almost two years. The only way they can beat us is to sell their soul, go all in on celebrity news, and lose their boxing base. Works for me.
